1. Always apply kid-friendly sunblock-
Apply sunscreen creams or lotion with at least SPF 30. Avoid direct sun exposure between 11:00am-4:00pm as the sunlight is extremely intense between these hours.
2. Stay hydrated-

3. Eat good fats-
Consume at least one table spoon of olive oil. You can simply stir fry your vegetables or use it as a salad dressing.
4. Ease the eyes-
Place a slice of cucumber or cotton balls dipped in rose water on your eyes. This will prevent dark circles to develop under your eyes.
5. Fabrics are important-
Wear cool cotton or mul mul fabrics, and avoid synthetic fabrics that cause sweating. Cotton tends to keep the body temperature cooler than synthetic fabrics.
6. Water play is must-
Enjoy water play in swimming pools, paddle pools or simply with water balloons.
