Summer Recipe- Fruit Cream!

It’s time to beat the heat with our fun summer recipes! And this time, we’ve chosen an all-time favorite with kids and adults alike – fruit cream!

This recipe is sure to soothe your soul with some much needed cool relief from the increasing heat.

Perfect for play dates, or when guests come over, it can be whipped up quickly and easily and is sure to put a smile on your child’s face.

CHILLED FRUIT CREAM!

Ingredients:

  1. Fruits (3 strawberries, 5 grapes, ½ mango, ½ apple, 4 Cherries, ½ kiwi)
  2. Chopped sashewnuts (2 Spoons)
  3. Vanilla essence (1 teaspoon)
  4. Powdered sugar (1/3 cup or as per your taste)
  5. Amul fresh Cream-200ML

Procedure:

  1. Take out the fresh cream in a big bowl.
  2. Use an electric beater & beat the thick cream for a minute on slow speed. Increase the speed & beat the cream until the texture becomes a little stiff.
  3. Add 1/3 cup of sugar and the vanilla essence to the cream and beat it again.
  4. Keep the beaten cream in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Meantime, chop the fruits up into tiny pieces.
  6. Mix the fruits into the cream or use as a topping.
  7. Serve it right away.
