As our children grow they need adequate amount of nutrients like protein, healthy carbohydrates and fibers, fats etc. They should regularly be offered healthy foods and prevented from snacking on junk food. Because that might debilitate their immune system.

Nuts (Almonds, Walnuts) - Perfect source of vitamin E
Watermelon - Provides vitamin A and vitamin C (Also it is the only fruit you can eat after any scrumptious meal)

Paneer (Cottage Cheese) - Protein and calcium
PS: You can let them munch on air-popped corns. These make a healthy option between the meals.
